How do I place a bet?
First, login with your user ID and password and make sure you have enough funds in your account. Competitions are divided into games (e.g. Counterstrike, Dota and LOL). Click the game you're interested and select one or several bets from our line-up. Your bet will appear in the bet slip on the right-hand side of the screen. Next, specify the amount you wish to wager and your preferred category (single or multiple). When all of your selections are made, click the "bet" button to place and confirm your bet.
How do I know if I won my bet?
Normally, the betting results are entered into the system within 30 minutes after the bets are settled and credited to the winning accounts. Winning bets are displayed in green under "Bet History" in your account.
I won/lost a bet, but it still says the bet is open - why?
We're working in settling the bets as fast as we can! In a perfect world you would have your money instantly - we're working on getting there. In the meantime, please be patient with us.
A bet-market disappeared/was locked on a game, why?
If a game is open for betting before it starts, and we don't offer live betting on that particular game, then it will disappear. Another reason could be that an anomaly is found in a game, or that other abnormal events has occured, which makes our traders lock it.
What does multiple or combination bet mean?
Betting a multiple will multiply your odds, and possible winnings. To win your multiple bet, all bets within the multiple must be right. You cannot bet on markets that depend on each other, that would be cheating! Assume you place a multiple consisting of a bet on Fnatic to win a game at the odds of 4.0, and another bet on NiP to win a game at the odds of 5.0. Your multiple will have the odds of 4.0 x 5.0 = 20.0!
what is a livebet?
Livebet means betting on an event which has already started, this means that you can place your bets while the event is in progress. Login to your Betspawn account and click on the tab "live now" and you´ll see the events that are active at the time. The betting process is quite similar to regular betting, but keep in mind, there is always a small 5-10 second confirmation delay for livebets. Reason for that is to safeguard the product from transmission delays and unwanted impacts during the game.
Is there a limit of how much I can win?
Yes, Betspawn´s win limit for a "single" bet is 2000 euros; Win limit for a "combination/multiple" bet can reach up to 5000 euros. (Or equivalent amount in other currencies)
What is the minimum stake?
The minimum stake for one bet is 0.1 euro or equivalent.
What is the maximum stake?
The maximum stake for a pre-match bet is 1 000 euros; The maximum stake for a livebet is 100 euros.
Can I cancel or edit a placed bet?
Unfortunately, once you´ve confirmed your bet, it's not possible to cancel or edit it. Always make sure that the details of your bet are correct before you confirm it.
The game I bet on was cancelled or not played at all, what happens?
If you bet a single on the game, the bet will simply be voided, and you will get your money within 24 hours, as we have to make absolutely sure the game was cancelled or postponed.
If your bet on the match was part of a multiple, the odds of the bet on that particular game will be changed to 1, and the multiple will live on - it will not be lost. If a bet within your multiple has been cancelled or postponed, the entire multiple will have to wait at least 24 hours so that we can make sure the single bet has been cancelled or postponed.
My bet was returned, why?
This could be because of various reasons. Most often, it is because the game was cancelled or similarly changed. It could be that we by mistake kept the pre-match bet open, when the game had already started. In this case, any bet made after the actual starting time has to be voided. Another reason could be that the game has been postponed more than 24 hours, or that it will be postponed or cancelled, and we can confirm this through an official source.
Does it cost anything to withdraw/deposit money?
We don't charge or apply fees for deposits or withdrawals, however, some credit card issuer may add an additional charge for the transactions. If you are in any doubt about this, please contact your bank before making a deposit/withdrawal.
How do I make a withdrawal?

I have requested a withdrawal, how long does it take?
First off: make sure you have submitted all necessary documents. If you have, you're in the process of being verified for your withdrawal. This takes normally a few hours (max one day), please be patient with us. Once the withdrawal is requested, it takes:

Why can't I withdraw my money?
This could be due to several different reasons, however, the most common one is that a bonus is being active and needs to be wagered. One possibility is to cancel your bonus (you will lose the bonus money, but keep the real money) and withdraw. If you are in doubt, we suggest that you contact the customer support about this.
How can I cancel a withdrawal?

Why do I have to verify my account, and how do I do it?
In order for us to comply with the anti-money laundering directive and regulations, maintain high standards of safety, and non-fraudulent behavior, we will ask you to verify your account before your first withdrawal. Can I close my account for a specific period of time?
Yes, you can exclude your account in your account tab. To do this, go to your account, select "responsible gaming", "self-exclusion" and choose for how long you want to be excluded.
How do I close my account permanently?
Have you had an issue with a service we've provided? If so, please let us know and we'll happily look into the problem and see if we can fix it.
If you want to close your account, you'll need to contact us at email@example.com who will then close your account for you. If you've closed your account in the past and wish to re-open it, please contact our support. You can also use the self-exclusion functionality in your account tab to self-exclude yourself permanently.
We also offer a number of options for closure if you need a break from betting. You can self- exclude from Betspawn - from one day, a month, or even forever. Note that you cannot close your account if the self-exclusion period is still running, in that case, wait until the exclusion time has expired and we'll be able to close the account for you.
Am I allowed to open more than one account?
No, we only allow one account per customer.
If our system recognizes any duplicate account, we will suspend it and you will need to contact the support to arrange a withdrawal of money.
Bonuses and free bets
What is a bonus?
Bonus can be described as extra money added to your account. The size of the bonus varies, and you must wager the bonus money before you can withdraw them.
What is a free bet?
A free bet is exactly what it says it is - a free bet, this means that you place a bet at our expense. Select your bet, we pay the stake and you keep the winnings to the extent they exceed the stake.
Example: You place your EUR 5 free bet at odds of 3, your selected side wins which means your profit should be 15 euro, right? However, since we paid your stake and took the risk for you, you get EUR 10 (stake of EUR 5 x odds of EUR 3 = 15.00, minus stake of EUR 5). Winnings from free bets are paid in cash, but without including the free bet amount (your "stake). No risk from your side!
Why can't I see any bonuses or free bets?
We don't always offer bonuses or free bets, but when we do, you will be able to find them in your "Bonuses" tab in your account view.
How do I claim a bonus?
When you deposit money, and you have an available bonus, you will get the option to either deposit using the bonus or not. To check your available and activated bonuses, go to your bonus tab.
